Bryan Legere partnered with Kedric Wolfe in the mid 90s to further develop the Great Yoga Wall and the
company was officially founded in 1998.
Bryan Legere has been practicing yoga and meditation since the mid-1970s. An avid practitioner of various
yoga styles and martial arts, Bryan discovered the practice of Iyengar Yoga in 1982. Teaching soon followed,
leading Bryan to open Ventura Yoga Studio in 1991.
Bryan received his introductory Iyengar Yoga certification in 1989 and followed with his Intermediate Level 3
certification in 1992. He is one of the few teachers who have been privileged to study with BKS Iyengar for
an entire month of daily classes. As well as studying with the Iyengar’s in India, Bryan was a board member
of the Southern California Iyengar Association in the late 80s, and he was an Iyengar Yoga USA National
Association Certification Assessor from 1994 to 2012.
In 1992, Bryan began an extensive period of yoga study with Aadil Palkhivala. Studying with Aadil inspired
Bryan to expand his yoga practice from the matt into all aspects of his life. To this day, Bryan continues to
study with Aadil’s brother Jahangir Palkhivala – both in India and at Bryan’s 3-Ohm Ranch in central Oregon.
Bryan also teaches workshops, retreats, yoga instructor training and yoga wall training in the USA, Europe
and Asia.
At Yoga Wall Asia we are honored to work closely with everyone at The Great Yoga Wall and we look forward
to doing everything we can to make your studio experience exceed your member’s expectations.
